How do I make a purchase?

Taxes and Import
Prices in colombian pesos (COP)Ā include IVA (VAT). Purchases in COP are only for orders to be delivered in Colombia.
Each country has its own import tax regulation. If customs in destination country requires that import duty must be paid, it is your responsibility to comply. If you refuse, your order and all its contents could be declared abandoned by customs. We will not issue a refund or accept any claim

Can I cancel an order?
After payment is confirmed, you may cancel your order the next business day after payment confirmation. This applies for payments in USD.
Orders may be modified after confirmation, please be advised that if there is any change in order, order processing time will also change.
Shipping cost depends on total weight or volume of your order. To quote shipping, at checkout confirm delivery address including postal code.
How much time it takes for delivery?
DISPATCH TIME - ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed the next business day after confirmation (saturdays, sundays or holidays in Colombia do not count). Please allow 2 to 3 business days for shipping or 5 to 14 business days if products are not immediately in stock.
TRANSIT TIME
After processing order shipping is done.
IN COLOMBIA: Estimated delivery 1 - 3 business days after shipping.
After order is shipped, FedEx delivery is usually 3 - 6 business days after dispatch. Transit time depends on destination country.
For USA and Canada, FedEx shipping time is 2 - 3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please be advised that on destination country customs procedures may arise, you may be required to pay a customs duty.
Why there are delays for the delivery?

What warranties do I have when I make a purchase?
DELIVERY
- If your order is not delivered within 30 days after shipping date (for any reason different than customs procedures) we will issue a full refund. All shippings have a tracking number.
- All shippings have an insurance for 100% order value covering loss or damage.
– All products have a limited quality warranty. When order is delivered, you may verify it and any claim on product quality must be done maximum 5 days after delivery date and you must send detailed photographs to us de los productos defectuosos; una vez se haya cumplido esto se evaluará la solicitud y se volverán a enviar los productos.
- All shippings have an insurance for 100% order value covering loss or damage.
Do you have a return policy?
BUYERS OUTSIDE COLOMBIA: We do not accept returns. If items in your order arrive damaged, incomplete or you receive a significantly different item from the one you purchased, we will send the product again.
For any order, we do not accept returns of intimate use products, such as garments, girdles, underwear, etc.
Buyers in Colombia may return defective items 5 days after delivery date.
REFUNDS
Orders paid with Paypal that comply with Paypal Buyer Protection may be refunded if neccesary (according to Paypal guidelines). In any case, rest assured we will refund your money if order is definitely not delivered or items are definitely not available.
